Recommendation Request Form

Thank you for applying to the Master of Science in Counselor Education Program at Western Connecticut State University. All applicants need three recommendations attesting to your suitability as a prospective counselor and ability to successfully complete a graduate program. The recommendations should be completed by individuals that know you from an academic, volunteer work, or paid work capacity. Recommendations from applicants’ family members, friends, or personal therapist will not be accepted.
