A Service Desk Support Specialist provides support to the WCSU community mainly via telephone, remote assistance, and deskside support as needed. In this role you will also be assigning incident requests to proper ITI groups as well as following up on those incident requests as needed. You will be reporting to the customer support center coordinator and training is provided. You do not have to have prior experience in this kind of role but not being afraid of working with different technologies does help. This position provides a great opportunity for those individuals with a drive to help others to improve their customer service skills and to further develop their technical skills. Shifts are a minimum of 2 hours long. The ITI Service Desk operates M-R 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM and Fridays from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM from WCSU’s midtown campus.
